To send your telegram we will need the following details:

• name of the mother and the father, and the room number;
• name of the hospital;
• address;
• telephone number of the establishment;
• home complete address;
• home phone number, if needed;
• your coordinates:
• your name and the name of the sender (if different);
• your address;
• your telephone number*.

*We will contact you for the payment (Visa or MasterCard), that is why it is important that you give a telephone number where you can be reached quickly. The telegram will not be sent until it is paid.
